James Petersen is the President and founder of World Class Transformation, Inc. and the author of Transforming to World Class - The One Page Story. James has worked in the manufacturing, health care, aerospace, construction, education & legal sectors of industry over the past eighteen years. He has an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology and a master’s degree in Technology Management from Brigham Young University.
