CPIM Part 2 is the 2017 reconfiguration of the APICS SMR, MPR, DSP, and ECO Business Modules. This new program combines these four course modules into one integrated 18 week offering with a single proficiency examination. This course builds on and expands beyond content covered in CPIM Part 1 BSCM. Key takeaways include effective strategies in managing operations and implementing a responsive supply chain plan.
